Hi dear GPL pilots. I'm the designer of Houtain club track and belongs to Vibrate team. We decide to celebrate the release by organizing a race this sunday 25 at 10h30 in the morning.
You are welcome to join us on this occasion. I will let you know the details by then. The rules are the following:
-1- 40 min training then 1 race intermediate Long
-2- All cars are allowed but the slower the car, the better the time handicap at the end of the race.
-3- There can be team with 2 pilots but they have to select the same car
At the end of the race, 3 rankings will be released:
-1- The standard ranking given by the race without calculating car handicap
-2- The FINAL ranking given by the standard ranking adjusted to take into account the car handicap: (lotus 0sec, Eagle 0 sec, Ferrari -5 sec, Brabham -10 sec, Honda -15 sec, cooper -15 sec and BRM -20 sec. Therefore if the second has a BRM and finish less than 20 sec behind a lotus, he is considered as the winner. This should help people selecting various cars
-3- a team ranking with the adjusted time according to the cars.
Several people will participate to this race, i.e. Vibrate, F1legend, LBGPL and you if you wish. If there is more than 18 participants, we will need to separate the people in 2 pools.
There is a single rule, which is the gentelman rule. If anybody pushes somebody outside the track, he should wait for him and let him pass.
